The Importance of the Break-In Period

We recognize that your body may need time to adjust to a new sleep surface. This is why we recommend giving your Hollywood Mattress a full 30-night break-in period before initiating an exchange. During this time, your body will have a chance to adapt to the new contours and support of your mattress, allowing you to fully experience its benefits.

100-Night Sleep Trial with Equal or Greater Exchange

If after the 30-night break-in period you are still not fully satisfied with your Hollywood Mattress, we are here to help. Our 100-night sleep trial provides you with the opportunity to exchange your mattress for an equal or greater value mattress within the remaining 70 nights.

No Returns on Merchandise

Please note that Hollywood Mattress does not offer refunds on any merchandise. However, our 100-night sleep trial with the option for an equal or greater exchange ensures that you can find the perfect mattress for your sleep needs.

Hollywood 10 or 15 Year Limited Mattress Warranty

Your new Hollywood Mattress and Hollywood Kids Mattress is covered by a 10 year limited warranty. Your new Hollywood Plus Mattress, Hollywood Luxe Mattress, or Hollywood Elite Mattress is covered by a 15 year limited warranty. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and covers all manufacturing defects. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. If you think you need to claim your warranty, please let us know!

Products Covered by This Limited Warranty

This limited warranty extends to mattresses manufactured by Brooklyn Bedding, LLC d/b/a Hollywood ("Hollywood") and purchased directly from Hollywood or Hollywood's authorized retailers (the "Mattresses"). This limited warranty includes the Hollywood Standard Mattress and Hollywood Kids Mattress ("Standard Mattress"), Hollywood Plus Mattresses ("Plus Mattresses"), the Hollywood Luxe Mattresses ("Luxe Mattress"), and the Hollywood Elite Mattresses ("Elite Mattresses"), which collectively will be referred to as Mattresses (plural) or Mattress (singular) unless otherwise noted. Some parts of this limited warranty also extend to covers sold with Mattresses ("Mattress Covers"). Mattresses are designed to work on a firm, solid-surface, on a bed base that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of the Mattress and user(s).

Who This Warranty Extends To

This limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser of any Mattress who is located in the United States (not including US territories) or Canada. All Hollywood warranties, including any implied warranties, are valid only for the period of time the Mattress is owned by the original purchaser of the Mattress. The "original purchaser," for the purposes of this warranty, is the first purchaser of the Mattress from Hollywood or a Hollywood authorized retailer. PLEASE RETAIN A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE. All Hollywood limited warranties are not transferable.

Hollywood's Limited Warranty and Responsibilities

Hollywood warrants the Standard Mattress in its original packaging sold to you against the defects in material and workmanship set forth below ("Defects") for a period of 10 years from the time your Standard Mattress is purchased by you, when the Standard Mattress is used normally for its intended purposes.

Hollywood warrants the Plus Mattress, Luxe Mattress, and Elite Mattress in its original packaging sold to you against the defects in material and workmanship set forth below ("Defects") for a period of 15 years from the time your Plus Mattress, Luxe Mattress, or Elite Mattress, is purchased by you, when the Plus Mattress, Luxe Mattress, or Elite Mattress is used normally for its intended purposes.

Removing the Mattress Cover from your Mattress will automatically void any warranty claim. Please contact Hollywood in advance or if you have any questions.

What This Limited Warranty Covers

This limited warranty applies to the following Defects in your Mattress:

Deterioration causing the Mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one and one-half (1.5) inches that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or adjustable bed base. Normal wear requires that a Mattress be continuously supported by a matching foundation or adjustable bed base with a proper bed frame sufficient to support the collective weight of the Mattress and foundation. Any foundation, box spring, frame, or other base on which the Mattress is placed that has slats greater than 5 inches apart will be considered improper for your Mattress and will void the warranty.

Any physical flaw in the Mattress that causes the foam or spring material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.

Any manufacturing defect in the assembly of the Mattress Cover.

This limited warranty does not cover the following:

A normal increase in softness of the foam pressure-relieving material which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the Mattress.

Comfort preference beyond the 100 day risk free trial period.

Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains; provided, that the Defect is caused by such abuse or damage.

Replacement of any non-defective pieces in the Hollywood sleep system (for example, if you purchase a mattress with multiple components and only one component is defective, then we will only replace the defective component).

Any mattress (whether manufactured by Hollywood or not) sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers of Hollywood.

Mattresses sold "as-is", "preconditioned", "reconditioned", "used", "comfort return", "returned", "previously owned", or any other similar wording indicating that the Mattress is not "new" or of "first quality", or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.

In the event of a Defect, Hollywood's sole and exclusive liability and your sole remedy under this limited warranty will be, at Hollywood's option, to provide a repaired or replacement
